You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
BringBasket provides grocery and neighbourhood retail services through owned and partner stores, including online ordering, home delivery, in-store pickup, wallet cashback rewards, and franchise opportunities. Product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and offers may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.
To use certain features you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at care@bringbasket.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Cashback, discounts, and promotional offers are governed by the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. BringBasket may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions at its discretion. Cashback credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless expressly stated.
Information on this website regarding franchise investment, ROI, or earnings is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. Franchise relationships are governed by separate franchise agreements signed between you and Uvt Retail Private Limited. Submitting a franchise enquiry does not guarantee approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide you additional rights.
